Very nice I think I spent a few days at this place.

Unfortunately only one night, but it shows in every detail how lovingly and harmoniously the small hotel is run. Neither ordinary nor everyday.

One of the best restaurants we have ever eaten - if possible I would even give it the 6th star - an excellent gourmet meal - beautifully decorated. 4.9 on average of the reviews say everything - service perfect and very friendly ... the prices are naturally quite high ... but the quality is also perfect.

One big treat. Nice room / bathroom. Fantastic restaurant with beautiful dishes. And the next morning a surprising breakfast.

Very friendly staff and a top chef. The cuisine here is of a very high standard and there are different dishes every day. The price-performance ratio is OK. If you're around here then make an appointment here, you won't regret it.

Being pregnant I came by from the next door ice cream shop that didn’t have a toilet and really needed to pee. I was told the loo is „only for hotel guests“ probably because I didn’t wear fancy enough clothes and looked poor. Overall very unfriendly and judgmental looks from the waitresses.

Outstanding hostess, very personable and the food was fantastic in every way. From fried mushrooms to delicate veal fillet wrapped in bacon, everything at the highest creative level. Great old house and wonderful 80s music in the background.

Very good restaurant which works with fresh products and revisited recipes with seasonal products. Madame is in the dining room and speaks English and Monsieur is in the kitchen.

Very nice place and fantastical and enthusiastic people. Even a touch of real Caribbean food and drink in the Schwarzwald.

We had a bite to eat on the terrace at noon during the transit. It was exceptionally tasty and very nicely arranged. We were served very friendly with our two pugs. It's a shame that we don't live nearby, we would eat there more often. But, when we are close again, we like to stop there again.

Fantastic hotel and restaurant, really worth the visit. The hushband and wife owners were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also had dinner at the restaurant, food was great and service was even better. Can't recommend Adler enough.

Best hotel in all of Schiltach and a great combination of old meets new. When you look from the outside, Adler 1604 is a hotel rich with history. When you get inside it is the perfect combination of old meets new. Everything is updated, clean and very comfortable while still allowing the history of this great town to shine through. We have spent many nights in many hotels and this is the best of them all. Their breakfast is great, the atmosphere is 5 Stars and the location is perfect. Plus the service is second to none. Highly Recommended!

What an amazing experience...from the truly warm welcome to the phenomenal food and wine. One of the best dinner experiences of my life. The food was fresh and delicious. My Argentinian rib eye was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Dessert was a dream, flawless evening. And the hotel is fantastic as well. Already planning the next trip back.

Great and recommendable! We were there on a Saturday evening. But it is important that you have to reserve at least a week in advance. Right after the entrance on the left we had the cheese fondue corner. Here you sit on high Baar stools which are very comfortable and really suitable for eating. For 35 euros per person we had: - Aperitif (Martini Cocktail) - A greeting from the kitchen (potato / mushroom ball) - Starter (no matter between a fish soup or beef malba toast) - Delicious green salad - Cheese fondue (choice between: Classic, Prosecco, Truffle) - dessert We had a delicious wine with it. The head chef also comes out and asks if the food was tasty. The service staff is really extremely hard-working and nice! Here we come back! Keep it up!

The Adler 1604 Boutique Hotel in Schiltach is an absolutely amazing hotel and restaurant. My husband and I had the pleasure of spending two nights in this classy boutique hotel. The hosts are amazing! Right from check in and throughout our entire stay. They treated my husband and I very well. All of the food was incredible, our room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel location is wonderful. We enjoyed walking around the town from the hotel. You must check this hotel out - you will not be disappointed.

A little expensive but good restaurant in Schiltag. Good attention and friendly. The food is very good and the place is super cozy, beautiful and good music. I recommend it and will be back for sure!

You can eat really well here. Both the quality and the prices are high. The restaurant is a clear recommendation. The service was quick and extremely friendly. The dishes were also nicely prepared and tasted great. Gladly again!

A real gem of a place! This is one of my favourite hotels anywhere. My room was modern, clean and spacious. The owners do everything right - they are warm and welcoming, and do whatever they can to make you feel at home, and also give you special treats such as a pre-dinner evening snack, with delicious breakfasts hand-cooked to perfection (yet fast if you are in a hurry!). The food at the restaurant is so good, there is no need to go anywhere else! Highly recommended.
